Is E-Design Right for You?

What E-Design is, who it suits, what you receive and how it works, plus the Designer for a Day package from Michele Riley of Mia Bella Designs.

Not every beautiful room needs a designer on site. E-Design brings Michele's expertise to your home remotely, with a tailored plan that is often more cost effective and flexible than traditional full service design. For many homeowners, it is an approachable way to take the overwhelm out of design.

What E-Design Is

E-Design is interior design delivered from a distance. Rather than paying for a designer's time spent shopping, you receive a considered plan for your space that you can carry out on your own timeline. Because the studio offers E-Design anywhere, you do not need to live in Tampa Bay to work with Michele.

For clients in the Tampa Bay area, from Tampa and Clearwater to Safety Harbor, Saint Petersburg and Sarasota, full interior design services are also available. E-Design simply opens the door to everyone else, and to local clients who prefer a more self-directed approach.

Who It Suits

E-Design is a natural fit if you enjoy being involved in your home but want an expert eye guiding the decisions. It suits homeowners who would like to phase a project over time, keep control of their budget, or refresh a room with confidence.

It also works well if you already own pieces you love. Michele begins with what you have, then builds upon that style so the finished room feels cohesive, affordable and true to the way you live.

Why Plan Your Design First

The real value of E-Design is having a plan before you spend. A clear visual lets you see how each piece will sit within the room, and alongside the others, before anything is ordered.

What You Receive

Every E-Design is tailored to your space and your goals. Clients receive mood boards that set the tone of the room, floor plans that resolve layout and flow, color schemes that bring the palette together, and curated shopping lists with direct purchase links.

Michele also has access to to-the-trade furnishings that you will not find in typical retail stores. Your plan can draw on pieces beyond what is generally available to the public.

How It Works

The process begins with a conversation about your project, your budget and your needs, to be sure the studio is the right fit. From there, you fill out the design form, and together you schedule a time to talk through the details.

Michele then builds out your design plan, so you can see it in your space and know that each piece complements the next. With the plan in hand, you can move forward at your own pace, one purchase or one phase at a time.

Designer for a Day

For a single room, the Designer for a Day package offers a structured option. At $1,250, it includes 10 hours of total design time, including the initial consultation.

Within those hours, Michele covers a discovery call and consultation, a mood board with furniture, a product list, communication time, paint and finish selection, and one revision. It is a focused way to give one room the attention it deserves.

If you have been waiting for the right moment to begin, E-Design may be it. In Michele's words, let's create a space that tells your story.
